Margaret Blanchard grew up in Manassas, Virginia and graduated from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA with a degree in Mathematics.   Margaret and her husband, Roger, have three children, grandson and two adorable Frenchies!

Margaret started her real estate career in 2005 in Delaware.  In 2006, her family moved to North Carolina where she earned her real estate license in North Carolina and Virginia. In 2014, her family moved to Sugar Land, TX.

Margaret is a full time REALTOR® with Benevides & Associates.  She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and Houston Association of Realtors.

Since joining Benevides & Associates as a full time agent in April 2015, she has earned the Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI) designation as a way to stand out to prospective home buyers and sellers as a REALTOR who has gained in-depth market knowledge, increased proficiency in a broad array of subjects to enhance professionalism and business success.  She is also an Accredited Luxury Home Specialist.
