How It Works:
We offer a very competitive commission split for all our Associates. It’s simple: you keep 90% of your commissions on all your closings, regardless of the transaction size. The remaining 10% goes towards the company. To make the deal even sweeter, if your company contribution reaches $20,000 in a calendar year, you cap out and earn 100% of your commissions for the remainder of the year. That’s it—no annual, monthly, desk, or franchise fees!
Do you have a team or want to build a team? This is the right place. You can use the larger commission you keep to create the team concept you feel is best for you. The only difference being for each team member, the cap increases by $10K.
