Are you an experienced Realtor with at least two years of experience, looking for a brokerage that allows you to keep the vast majority of your commissions while still providing broker and office support? Benevides & Associates might be the right place for you.

 

How It Works:
We offer a very competitive commission split for all our Associates. It’s simple: you keep 90% of your commissions on all your closings, regardless of the transaction size. The remaining 10% goes towards the company. To make the deal even sweeter, if your company contribution reaches $20,000 in a calendar year, you cap out and earn 100% of your commissions for the remainder of the year. That’s it—no annual, monthly, desk, or franchise fees!

 

Do you have a team or want to build a team?  This is the right place. You can use the larger commission you keep to create the team concept you feel is best for you.  The only difference being for each team member, the cap increases by $10K.
Why Choose Us? 
Our MLS association, the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR), is one of the best in the country. There’s no need to join a brokerage CRM that the broker owns and keeps if you ever decide to move elsewhere. You can use the HAR CRM and keep your clients strictly to yourself. If HAR’s CRM isn’t for you, you can use the money you keep from your closings to choose any CRM you prefer. The important thing is that these are your hard-earned clients, and you should have your own CRM to manage your client base.

 

We partner closely with vendors who provide all kinds of free training. Whether you need CE classes for license renewal or ongoing training to keep your skills sharp, we offer many solutions to help you stay focused and advance your career.

For your 10% Associate contribution, you receive:
  • Full-time Broker support
  • On-site office support staff Monday-Friday
  • E&O Insurance
  • Physical office with free desk space, Wi-Fi, conference room availability, and a breakroom
  • Free use of Supra Lockboxes (if needed)
  • Use of large sign posts
